ThaWholigan Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 DY spoiling everyones fun Of the couples I know that have done the whole school thing, the guy dressed up as a school boy, believe it or not. There are lots of guys more than willing to play dress up - more than people know. Happy to be part of a womans fantasy - perhaps more comprehensive than our own. 1
Mme. Chaucer Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Normal stuff. Police officer. Fireman. Pilot. Lumberjack. Army guy. Beggar Haha! I fixed that for you! Sexy beggar outfit, yeah! 1
Mme. Chaucer Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I would if do it if I found the right person. Only outfit I see myself being into right now is french maid. Even though I don't know what you really look like, I'm pretty sure you'd look quite fetching in a French maid outfit! 2

I just think differently from the popular majority on this site. People don't like that sometimes. It infringes on exciting each other with their giggles of sex talk and their sexual adventerousness or prowness. I have never ever heard of a man dressing up like school boy. But I suspect it's still more popular to dress up adult women in little school girl outfits. You know this to be true Wholigan. Don't deny.
Mme. Chaucer Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I've also found that the Wizard of Oz is just full of all sorts of possibilities. Sexy Munchkins??

For the love of Christ, DY, nobody's "dressing up" adult women except their own damn selves. The vast majority of women who dress up in sexy outfits do so because they themselves want to and enjoy it! If you're implying that we should ban adult women from choosing to wear schoolgirl outfits in their own bedroom, you've got a pretty warped view on women's rights. 3

Of course you haven't heard of it - its only noteworthy when women dress themselves as cheerleaders or school girls. I don't deny that women dress up like that more often - but how alien is the concept that maybe those women actually wanted to? Too easy to blame men on this one IMO. 1

Not that some of us here would be able to wrap their minds around it. 1

I never implied, hinted, suggested or made any comments regarding the "banning" of anything. I made a simple and true statement.
Els Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Oh for Goodness Sakes. I never implied, hinted, suggested or made any comments regarding the "banning" of anything. I made a simple and true statement. So what exactly are you expecting other women to do? Stop dressing up in the bedroom to aid your crusade against porn?
Disenchantedly Yours Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Of course you haven't heard of it - its only noteworthy when women dress themselves as cheerleaders or school girls. I don't deny that women dress up like that more often - but how alien is the concept that maybe those women actually wanted to? Too easy to blame men on this one IMO. That's kind of exactly what I am talking about, how much more it's pushed on women. It's only *noteworthy* when it's women or girls that dress themselves up that way because that's what society tells us is sexy heavily based on what men want to see. I am really not saying anything that offensive. Sure, some women want to dress up like that. I don't deny it. Other women don't but may do so to please their partner, others adopt a view of what is "sexy" through what is sold to them. The school girl sexiness is pretty well marketed to young girls and women. Much more so then school boy fantasies. It's an interesting paradox. Not all things are equal despite an attempt to push it off as it is. I do think men largely perputate the fantasy concept of the school girl image. And I think actually a good chunk of people reading this would actually agree.
Disenchantedly Yours Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 So what exactly are you expecting other women to do? Stop dressing up in the bedroom to aid your crusade against porn? I actually haven't talked about porn in this topic. I am just pointing out certain truths in regards to sex and the ideas of dressing up. What people choose to do is obviously their own choice. I never suggested it shouldn't be their choice.
Mme. Chaucer Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 So what exactly are you expecting other women to do? Stop dressing up in the bedroom to aid your crusade against porn? We must stop it! We must stop fantasizing about it, and stop talking about it, too! Unless, of course, we are sermonizing about its evils and destructive powers. 2
Els Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 All though, I will say that the over abudance of "sexy costumes" during Halloween and pornography has taken some of hte fun out of it. Such as the whole "school girl" thing. So over done. And kind of sick in a sense that so many men think about banging school girls. On the contrary. Look, I don't deny that there are SOME guys who expect women to do all the dressing up in their sex play and don't bother to reciprocate. Well, those guys don't deserve such play and the women whom they are with should consider that. I don't see what you're trying to gain by pushing the blame on 'men'. 2
Disenchantedly Yours Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I'm finding myself immersed in a fantasy of disabling somebody's Internet connection for all eternity ... But you will miss out On all the awesome Haikus You love those Haikus

I did mention it one time. My bad. I made a mistake. Thanks for pointing it out. But most of my conversation wasn't directed there to be honest. It was more general then that. I clearly said women engage in it too though Elswyth. But I do think it orginates with men. I'm not sure why you think I am trying to "gain" anything. I am pretty sincere!
Imported Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I just think differently from the popular majority on this site. People don't like that sometimes. You are that special snowflake, no doubt about that, but you take too much liberity in self congratulating yourself. 1
EasyHeart Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Sexy Munchkins??No, it's usually more that the Cowardly Lion isn't so cowardly after all. And the Good Witch isn't very good. I'd also confess that I like tiny gingham dresses and ruby slippers, but Lord know what DY would accuse me of, so you didn't hear it from me!!! Here you go; a famous one: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-GuOYCUyZ9TQ/UIu86wbGAtI/AAAAAAAABn8/rlwPEPXexBo/s1600/ACDC-angus-malcolm-young-duck-walk-jaming-guitar.jpg That was my first thought, too!!! That's kind of exactly what I am talking about, how much more it's pushed on women. It's only *noteworthy* when it's women or girls that dress themselves up that way because that's what society tells us is sexy heavily based on what men want to see.Well, duh. And the way men dress is based on what women want to see. If that weren't the case, I'd never wear anything besides baggy jeans and a sweatshirt. The school girl sexiness is pretty well marketed to young girls and women. Much more so then school boy fantasies. It's an interesting paradox. Not all things are equal despite an attempt to push it off as it is. It's a pretty universal fantasy. But it's nostalgia, not pedophilia.
Imported Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I have tried dressing up in outfits that show off my body. I already knew doing things like that as a man can come off wrong, because women will deflect....since they are not "shallow".... heard women comment on my shirt being too tight, when they are walking around in yoga pants and a bra. Anyway, dressing where I showed off muscles was hit or miss and granted, a lot of the miss could be corrected with me smiling and talking with the girls.....but last Halloween I tried wearing a really nice slim fit black suit I have, with a subdued shirt and tie, black leather calf high boots, utility belt worn under the suit, along with a very nice cape and a batman mask. That was all hit. Even showed a few of the girls at the parties my batman underwear, boots and utility belt still on. 1
edgygirl Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 But I do think it orginates with men. It originates with desire and fantasies. From both sides. 2
edgygirl Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 DY - At one point in life I also used to think that porn and dressing up was a male invention to objectify women in a degrading way. That changed after I had more experience, developed sexually and became less inhibited about what I like and need. In my generation, growing up as a woman, it has always been taught us that it was not okay to have sexual desire and we were never encouraged to develop it. So we stuck with the idea that sexual images etc is a male thing. But it's not. It's a human thing. When people let go of inhibitions and what religion/parents/family/friends tell them is right or wrong to do sexually, they are able to develop these fantasies and have a lot of innocent healthy fun with them. Sex is about fantasies (I think, for most people? But some say it's more spiritual, whatever that means). So it makes a lot of sense for both sides to dress up and play with stories, mainly in LTR when things cool off. It doesn't mean they want to do it in real life or are perverts. 3
Mme. Chaucer Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Well, duh. And the way men dress is based on what women want to see. Well, I'll have to take exception to that. I don't understand AT ALL the youth craze (on its way out, thank GOD) for wearing pants so low and baggy that they make the guy look like he has NO ass and legs that are about two feet long. Like this: http://api.ning.com/files/HRxxPRQbQVpN6a6dnLFdtGRySzsL3QjRFQhxhInn5qS5G7RTtzTxwbcNi6QQj42jlwBNjrPcHL0bce8NjQ3S6*nw6zAzKra6/SaggingJeans_6416thumb400xauto4193.jpg Hey. maybe those guys are into the Munchkin thing??
sweetkiwi Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Ugggggggggh. No man has EVER MADE me dress up. IME it has been me "pushing" though it wasn't much of a push. These fantasies have ALWAYS been around and always will. That's why when i was drunk in Rome and gotta talking to a sexy police officer i grabbed his face and kissed him. He didn't feel disrespect. He was being kissed by a sexy young foreigner. The best fantasies are mutually fulfilled.
Keenly Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 I could actually do classy businessman (I look damn good in a suit) and maybe like a high class escort kind of roleplay yeah, i know, I'm boring, but it would work
