The basic problem is that you're trying to compete with a white girl for white guys.

 

As a white guy, if there was a pretty white girl and a girl of another ethnicity. The other girl would have to be significantly more attractive than the white girl for me to chose her.

 

See that really bothers me though, I am black and I like to date white guys, I don't want ugly white guys I want quality good looking white men... Why does it have to be so hard? I mean white guys should like me and I look like I could be mixed so mixed people have the ability to date whoever and I act white I like country and stuff like that I have a lot in common with white people! I shouldn't have to just date black guys because I'm black.. I don't feel any attraction to black guys

We all have our preferences. At least her preference (and yours) are easy. My favorite type of guys (physically) are a mix of middle eastern and european (usually irish).

 

OP, there are plenty of white guys out there who like dating non-white girls. I wouldn't see it as a disadvantage at all. Remember that you and your friend are very different looking (not one necessarily hotter than the other) so in the long run you'll attract different men too.
