How to.cope?

 

Awful.depression today. 3.5 weeks into break / break up.....I don't know what the hell it is.

 

Anything or.ideas to take my mind off it.

1. spend time with family and friends

2. Do something you enjoy

3. Listen to music of your liking

4. Remember the negatives in the relationships

5. Pray, if that is part of your routine

6. Eat well

7. Get enough sleep

8. Count your blessings

9. Time does pass; we are all fortunate of that if we are lucky

10. Overall; Take Care of Yourself

 

Have a peaceful Holiday and be good to yourself.
