All you dumpers out there, do you still miss your ex sometimes?

Even if you did the dumping, do you still miss your ex sometimes? Do you sometimes miss the good times, etc.? How about if you are already dating someone else - Do you still think about your ex? Do you compare your new dates to your ex? Just curious. Thanks.

I absolutely miss my ex. He was really bad for me (alcoholic), so I left him. It was really hard and I miss the good part of him.

 

Do I compare my new dates? Yes, absolutely. I hope that in time that goes away. I'm sure it will eventually. Mind you, I'm dating, there's no one serious in my life now. I'm still not ready.

Shamen - just curious - how long ago did your relationship end? Just wondering because you say you still compare your new dates to your ex.

We broke up at the beginning of April. It's been 4 and 1/2 months. Like I said, still not ready for a real relationship with anyone right now. I'm just casually dating, no sex (or anything yet, for that matter) with anyone.
