Has he talked to you about any reason he may be busy? This time of year tends to be quite hectic for a lot of people. If he hasn't then it wouldn't hurt to send a message like that I think.

I'm probably the last one that should be giving advise here seeing as my LDR has just ended yesterday but I was having the same thing happen to me as well. Maybe its nothing but I would still text him. Decide from there on out if he doesnt respond what you plan to do.

It's really weird, it's not like him to not respond to a text I send in the afternoon. Lots of times he'll call. I stopped texting good night because he wasn't answering my afternoon texts.

We talked this morning. I think I've said this before, he had an extremely demanding job. He's having surgery, but going away to wv to have it done. He said he was sorry for being preoccupied. Being as its a couple of days before he leaves, he needs to get everything finished. I know I'm not cut out for this, I'm going to break it off, its just a matter of when. I've been thinking I will wait until after his surgery. I dont like missing someone to the point where its so painful.

Best of luck with your decision. My girl left me because it was too painful for her. I dont know how it will affect him but from what I have read it doesn't seem like he was very responsive to you.

When he gets preoccupied he's not. I know I deserve better. He's a great guy, he has a lot on his plate between work, a divorce not finalized yet, and his daughter. Emotionally there's not much he can give. I actually love him, I wont deal with pain. Thanks.

I know exactly what you mean. I guess there's like a 0.1% chance that things can change.

 

Anyway, why are you waiting post-surgery?
