No Contact Technical question - to protect me from myself

Ok - my friend has asked me to "leave him alone". And I want to...it's just gonna be really hard. I'm thinking that one of the things that might happen is that he will eventually email me an article or something....and I'll want to respond. I want to honor his request to leave him alone, and stick to it, since our relationship isn't healthy.

 

So I want to block and send back his emails unopened. Does anyone know how to set that up in Mircrosoft Outlook?

 

I'm not the most savvy computer person, so step by step help instruction would be appreciated. Thanks

Just have Outlook automatically delete anything received from his email address.

 

... besides otherwise it might look like you're trying to send him a message by having an email bounced back to him.
