After over a month of NC, he said happy birthday, we hung out, found out things

I'm so mad right now just thinking about it. So after a month of no contact, he finally said happy birthday to me last week. We finally got to talking again and basically decided to hang out. BUT when we hung out he asked me if I mind that he's friend's tagging along because his friends 'wants to meet me'.

His 'friend' turns out to be the guy he's seeing now, someone who I've always suspected him of being with (I've been stalking his facebook). We basically had dinner together (the three of us), wasn't really awkward cause I'm not an awkward person.

 

He basically told me ALL the things that he did with this new guy, the things that I used to do with him and introduced him to new things, he introduced them to this new guy. I feel disgusted and so angry. I thought those were our special moments but now he's doing it to someone new.

He said he's giving this guy a chance and still wants to be 'good friends' with me cause we both 'clique very well'........ and his ex is still begging him back.

 

my god my relationship/friendship with this guy is so complicated. Idk if I really should just cut him off my life permanently or just let him be. He's jumped ships like 3-4 times now, and I've always been there for him. Sigh idk what to do

For your own sanity, cut him off. He sounds very toxic, especially with telling you about his relationship with his new guy. This guy does not know the meaning of modestty and neither does he show you any respect.

 

Do you honestly want someone who continuously parade new people around and expect you to accept this kind of behaviour? Likewise, staying friend with exes is a bad idea.

OH GOD.. seriously? Hes just showing off. and rubbing ur face in it. I did it to my ex cause he dumped me. Its gamey bullsh*t that serves nobody in the end.

 

Cut and run, and do it so he never gets in touch with you again.

 

And in the future... don't ever let it get to 3 or 4 times of taking them back.
