Brady_to_Moss Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 No GF..not in years. 0 confidence in trying to get and or getting a girl and it doesn't help that i don't go out and have major anxiety issues. Tried the online thing...didn't work out. So do i just have to start..."going out"?
ascendotum Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Step 1 - deal with your anxiety issues. Its a big boat anchor of your ability to create a cool/fun persona. If you dont want to see a doctor about it, then see a naturopath or do some online research on supplements that will help to dampen down your over anxiousness. I thought someone was trying to set you up with a girl that you actually thought was okay. What happened...did you chicken out due to your anxiety?

Quest4_TheLost Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 I also suffer from major anxiety and while medication does help, the one thing that helped me the most was facing the problems. Get out there and face your anxiety. The more often you do it the more your anxiety will dissipate. It won't change right away but once you finally start doing it you will feel so much better.

The only thing you learn after repeated rejections is that your attempt to meet women is futile and women just aren't physically attracted to you.
