She was here for 6 months (in CA) but then she had to move to oregon to help out family and is there until the middle of 2013. She had a fight with a girl and was charged with 3rd degree assault and spent 3 wks in jail in march. Recently she got into another fight and spent a few days in jail. I know what jail she was at but she didn't show up on the roster online and i called and they said she wasn't there. She claims she filed paperwork to hide her name bcz one of her ex's stalks her and she didnt want him to go visit her in jail. I've asked her if she was lying and she got really sad and started crying that I'd think that and she seems pretty sincere. I'm not sure whether to believe her or not. She has never given me a reason to doubt her previously. Do you think she's lying? I even looked up the court her hearing was at and it wasn't listed and a court person said she has never been in that court.

veggirl Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Tell her to take a photo of the paperwork and email it to you. Surely she has a copy. The court would have provided her with one. Also dump her, she sounds crazy. Being thrown in jail for violence 2x should be a dealbreaker, jesus.
Author baseballfan22 Posted December 18, 2012 Author Posted December 18, 2012 It's just hard bcz both of her parents are dead and she pretty much has nobody that truly cares about her. I'd feel bad for leaving her bcz she'd be alone and probably go back to being a bad person that she was before we met and she changed for me. I just feel like I've invested so much time and work into her to just give up. This is where having a big heart hurts me.
