Just broke up with my GF who I live with

Okay, so I posted under another name a few days about my GF and her spending habits, as it be we couldn't agree to everything and we split up. So far it has been amicable, she has been grateful that I have shown that men can be good to her, she's had a lot of bad relationships, but just couldnt come to terms that I felt would be best for us in the future. Thanks for the advice and I hope I stay strong!

Thanks, sometimes I hate being a decent guy as it hurts when I have to hurt someone, but it would have been much worse down the road I think had I not pulled the trigger now

I read your posts about her spending habits and the corresponding debt. The first thing you said was "I don't want to breakup with her". So, I know this was a very difficult decision for you to go through with. Nevertheless, based on your threads about these issues, it was the right one to make.

Thanks, it has finally kind of settling in and it sucks that I hurt her, I know it was for the best, but she is great and I hate knowing she is hurt
