HopelessRomantic76 Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 Just been seeing this guy for a little and while we get along real well once we started getting intimate his big nose has started to bother me,its very long and hangs right under his mouth the point the minute he doenst shave gets a little mustache forming it starts to grow right in his nose because theyres no room bewteen his nose and lips,when we kiss its so long its kind of hard to kiss him without trying to kiss around it. Hed be really cute with a nose job its the only thing wrong with him and i dont want to give up a potentially great guy for something like this but it bothers me and i cant help it so how do i bring it up without hurtinghis feelings? 1

It ain't his fault that his nose was genetically wired that way. Nobody is perfect. Why did you even date him in the first place? If you think his long nose will haunt you every waking moment, in your dreams or most of the time then time to look for someone else. If not, learn to accept his "imperfections" and move on to other more important aspects about having a meaningful relationship. 1

When we think of facial attractiveness we think of eyes, lips, teeth, clear skin, facial hair vs no facial hair, no one brings up nose, but how often do you find yourself attracted to a long nose or a wide nose. Most people seem to want a thin, little nose. Straight, narrow, and on the small side. Quite the opposite of penis requirements I'll say 1

Tell him what it is about your face or body that you'd like to change and how you will get a part time job to pay for the surgery in the future. Then ask him what he'd like to change. It sounds more like he has a short upper lip and philtrum than a long nose. I like long noses on men. I think a man with a short, pug nose looks effeminate.

I hate to join the crew of cold hearts who just say dump him. But what happens if the results aren't unsatisfactory. Some people look dramatically different and not necessarily better. I guess you have a choice to make. Ask, keep silent, or walk.

But I agree with the comments about the boob job conterparts. He will see it that way if you ask him that. You either have to get over it or get out of the situation completely.
