Ran into ex for the first time since break up, plus a weird coincidence.

It didnt bother me when i seen her, she waved first and i just gave her a small look her way and a small wave back and then continued walking. Later on one of my friends told me shortly after we seen each other she made a post saying she was confused. Plus heres the coincidence part, we been broke up 2 and half months ago, and she got a new bf about a month ago, but the day after she sees me, they break up. Im not putting my head in my ass, but it just seems odd. I just wanted to get that out of my head, it doesnt mean anything, and i doubt anybody will reply, but im just wondering if anybody else has had any other similar situations wit their exs.

This is a perfect example of we never know what's going on in someone else's head. However if I was you i would do everything I could to put it out your mind. Thinking or dwelling on it will only lead to more confusion. If she wants to talk she will get in contact, then and only then should you give this anymore thought.

Your right, I have been doing the make up ideas of what might happen if I or her broke nc and talked. I actually really want to just to say hey how r u, and maybe even ask her out to dinner, but if she wanted to talk she would contact me.

If you broke up with her and you regret it then maybe you can text/call to see how she feels. But she might reject to if you do brake NC, so you need to prepare yourself for that.

 

However if she broke up with you and that's what I read into your original post, then she has to come to you....

Your right, and I'm still staying strong, I'm hoping I can wait til after Christmas because I'm going see if she txts me. My grandma passed away a couple days after Christmas last year and she was with me through so I'm wondering if she will remember, and if she does it shows she still has some form if respect. And if she doesn't I think it's pretty obvious that nothing is there.
