Anthony2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 My girlfriend insist that posting and answering ads on Craig's List looking for guys to email, text and exchange pictures with is ok. She says she is just looking for friends and does not let it go any further. We have agreed that we are in a committed and exclusive relationship. Is this acceptable on any level? 1
AbeNormal Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 (edited) Is this acceptable? Yes and no. Yes as per a disfunctional relationship/individual. No as per a healthy relationship/individuals. Edited December 12, 2012 by AbeNormal 1
Bryanp Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 How do you think she would act if you did the same thing? Of course it is unacceptable. She is totally disrespecting you and degrading your relationship. Why would you put up with such humiliation?
KathyM Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Craigslist is a scummy way to meet "friends", and most of the people on there are just looking for NSA sex. If you're exclusive with her, you need to rethink your relationship with her. And why is she looking for male friends on there anyway? Sounds like your girlfriend is a little lacking in common sense.
Redbirdinabrightsky Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 You need to wake the fck up bro. If she were deeply in love with you, she would not be out searching for guy friends... That is not acceptable, and if she respected you she would drop you, and then go searching for guys on Craigslist. THE FACT IS THIS: she is searching for other men while she is with you, and that is what you do when you are single. Good luck, if it were me she would be history, and I would be laughing at her while I broke it off because she thought I was dumb enough to put up with that cheap trick, expecting me to believe that? Plz
