Yes, but I am just generally awkward. Just try to make conversation - ignoring isn't the way to go and just rude. Just respond, someone is speaking with you. (I only quoted this with the hopes of CE seeing it)

Then I text all my friends and I'm like omgosh this totally cute guy said hi to me but I was such a dork and didn't say anything, I kept walking and they're like...what did he look like? I was like he was so cute, do you think he likes me or was just being friendly and saying hi and they totally said he likes me and I'm so excited and happy and now I'm going to think about it all day and feel like a bunch of butterflies are tickling me in the armpits. 4

I've struck out like that a lot and it doesn't feel good lol. I think to myself "is my dick hanging out or something? Damn girl why you gotta shut me down like that." Hopefully the kid shrugged it off, tipped his cap, and got laid the same day.
