There is an administrator in my university, who behaves either professionally( I have talked to him in person VERY RARELY though) or ignores me when others are around and sometimes makes intense eye contact with me. It is normal for him to ignore me in the university. But, when I had a issue with my one paper and I had to call him a few times, and he would attend, as soon as I tell him that this is Rose (my name) speaking, he will respond "YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS… MISSSS ROSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" or YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS… ROSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"… I mean, even his tone of voice is very romantic on phone and he would say YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS ROSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE… I mean why cant he just say YES ROSE?! or something like that? He also tries to crack jokes and makes me laugh but in real life, in the university, he would ignore me. WHat do you think, why is he behaving in this way? What do you think saying someone YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS… xyz is inappropriate when you are the admin who ignores her when she comes to uni?
