I don't know her, never met her at least I don't think I have, but I wanna try to get to know her. She follows me on twitter and retweets some stuff I have said, but nothing big. I wanna know how should I MSG someone I never met, without coming off as a creep or just some low life loser lol. I just always thought some girls, at least the good ones, thinks its weird if a random dude they never met is msging them, it's like it comes off as pathetic, and we all know thats not attractive. Plus I just wanna know this info for any other women I tend to be interested in and never met either. I'm trying to get myself back out there, and learning a new me.

I would, and have laughed, at guys messaging me on Facebook using similar attempts at breaking the ice. Just tell her you think she's pretty, and strike up a conversation or something.
