I didn't sleep a wink last night. Was up at 4am thinking about her. I've gotta go to work now, but I feel really emotional. I'm trying to get into the mindset that she wasn't right for me and that she was hurtful, but I can't.

 

I think I need help.

I know how you feel, I've been waking up at 5 every morning for the past 2 months, it's such an awful feeling.

 

I'm seeing a psychologist to help me through this, why don't you too?

Agree with Buns.

 

If it is getting too much on your mind, go and see some psychologist. It might help you.

 

I know it is quite difficult to get out of such situations, but try to think positive. Keep your mind busy in some other thing etc.

It's rough, but you'll get through it. I'm still adjusting, but getting better every day. I contacted a psychologist through e-mail, but decided I didn't need to pursue therapy. I'd be better off spending that money on myself and getting something that would put me in a good mood, and give me something to do and/or look forward to. Something that maybe I couldn't have or shouldn't have bought just a week ago.

 

Either way, keep posting here when you feel sad. Day or night.
