HokeyReligions Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 I didn't read your other threads, but if you are broken up with the girl for whom you bought the ring, why not sell the ring? Also -- many jewelers will take a ring that they sold previously and allow you to use that toward a new ring (of more value) so if you have your receipt and go back to the jeweler and want to buy something bigger you may be able to get the value out of the ring. I've done this at Helzeburg and Kay Jewelers -- check with the jeweler where you bought the other ring.

Did you pay with a check or credit card? Talk to the jeweler first. If that doesn't work out, what about just selling the ring?
faux Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 If this is the girl who thought the FBI was chasing her, I think you should stay the hell away from her. If you really have no idea of what you feel right doing with the ring at the moment, stash it away in a safe place and worry about it later. It is entirely possible that you could sell it to a jeweler, pawn shop, or at a flea market for a decent amount of money.
