thembones Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 So, I de-friended my ex a month ago, but I am not sure what exactly it means. We still about 20 mutual friends. What all can she see? I went into public view and I could only see profile pictures and some random "became friend with" posts. Basically, can she get into my page somehow through mutual friends? She is not blocked but just de-friended. Is she just like a basic visitor with limited access to only what I put public, or can she see more because we have the mutual friends thing? Thanks, hope this is the right area to post.
KatZee Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 She can see whatever you have public. If you changed your settings and put your FB on lockdown (which you should REGARDLESS of your ex) she wouldn't be able to see anything but the cover photos. Of course you have 20 mutual friends. If she was really that desperate to see your page, she could ask any of them to show her.
SayonaraItsuka Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 I think it would have been better to have blocked her.
Author thembones Posted December 4, 2012 Author Posted December 4, 2012 Maybe I should just block her and make it easy. Only some useless wall posts and my profile pic are public.
fucpcg Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 You can set your settings to only friends can see your profile, or to friends of friends can see your profile. If you don't want people who aren't on your friends list to see what you got goin' on, then set to friends only.
