sher871 Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 My ex-husbands attorney wrote up a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRDO) and sent it to mine. My atty's secretary said he would review it for under an hour. There were some issues so it wet over an hour; however, on the invoice it said there was a charge for an hour of time ($200) for "uncontested court appearance for entry of QDRO". Is this normal for both attorney to have to appear in court for this?
