Im heartbroken after my ex broke up with me out of the blue on Thursday. His friends girlfriends had been causing trouble for quite a while, she was constantly flirting with my ex even though shes engaged to his best friend.Was getting emails, texts etc from her for the last while stirring trouble.Ths call came to head on Thursday night when I rang me ex, he told me he didnt want to get involved and told me we were finished over the phone and then by text. Have made the huge mistake of trying to ring and contact him havent heard anything, Im devastated. Cant see a way forward without him, please help me

He's playing games. No, he doesn't love you. Words prove nothing. His actions say it all. If e loved you, some tramp wouldn't make him breakup with you. He's just a loser...for playing games by telling you he still loves you.

 

I know it is hard(I am sure everyone on LS knows it is), but moveon. You need to block him from every area of life. There is no hope with him. Instead, go out with friends and family, reduce your alone time...so you want think or or be tempted about him.

 

Eventually you will find someone truly better...more loving...and respectful.

What you have said is true, very true. I just felt it came out of the blue. Have made the mistake of texting him which is prob a bad idea as I have gotten no reply at all. Would you say he will change his mind again?Im hoping he will...I will miss the routine of seeing him,Im very sad

Stop hoping. It's over. You and him are done for good. This might seem harsh, but you need to embrace it and let out your grief and tears. Get rid of everything that reminds you of him, rearrange your furniture, and go no contact. You will stop missing him eventually.

When an ex says they love you or they miss you, it means nothing. Stay NC for now and see what time has in store for the two of you. He wasn't that great, and you deserve someone better who will be loyal to you and only you and not flirt with other girls while in a relationship.

Please do not hold out hope. It will double your misery. Follow everyones' advice...it hurts badly now, I know...eventually it will get better. Eventually as you spend time with your child and have time to go out more you will not hurt as much.
