Wife left me for my Friend In Feb. Of this yeaR. We hAve 4 year old boy. Our separation is not final until Feb. 2013 and she Is already pregnant 3 months. Could I lower my child support or take further action. I'm in north Carolina

Not enough sharing of fact my friend.

 

Where is your child living? When was your order for child support ordered? Recently? What reason exists for you to pay a lesser amount?

 

I guess that covers it.

 

Maybe what you are asking is - stbexW is living in the home of another man, pregnant by him, with your 4 yo child. You currently pay child support to your stbexW.

 

Just trying to read between the lines of your story.
