Whenever I text this girl she always replies back within minutes. Yesterday I texted her at 3am and she texted back within seconds. We work at the same place she works during the day and I mostly do overnights. When I work overnights I always text her and we keep texting 4-5am. She works 40hrs a week and also taking 14credits.

Whenever I do work with her she stares at me and smiles and I do the same. I've noticed she's more quiet around me then compared to other co workers.

The reason I think shes just stringing me along because whenever I ask her out she says she doesn't have time right now because of school. It was my birthday the other day I asked her if she wanted to go out and she texted me her schedule showing how packed and busy her day was. I told her I'm not asking for the whole day just 30min or an hour.

She also drunk texted me last week at 1am

Idk what to do?

You care too much. You don't even know her. You txt too much. The point isn't to be a chatty Kathy. You can't friend your way into her heart. Ask her out for real. Do it in person if you're going to see her soon. Than if she shuts you down either ask her out again at a later time or don't.

When you're txting if it's gotten annoying just stop.

Wow! You text her until 4 or 5 am because you work an overnight shift so are up all night, then she has to get up to work a full-time job during the day, while carrying a full course load. When does she sleep or get anything done?

Some people might be put off by the lack of consideration.

First, I would lay off all the texting. It's over the top. Second, take a more direct approach. That generally gets you a clearer answer than never-ending text sessions. Is your goal to be her buddy...or to date her? Ask her when she's free, rather than insisting the date take place on a particular day.

Since you're having a hard time accepting that someone is too busy to go out on a particular day, interpreting it instead as game playing and teasing, even after you've seen the person's packed calendar, you don't seem terribly compatible. Might be better to just let it go.

Sounds like she really IS busy dude.

Once again, she likes you.

Most schools end the semester in Dec., have some patience. Ask her out again.

She found time to go out drinking, so why weren't you there? Instead of trying to get her on YOUR schedule - get on hers if you really like her. Instead of asking her to go out with you, find out what she's doing.

Idk what to do?

Keep getting to know her and practice patience.
