Prenuptial Agreement Problems

I'm pretty sure of ending it with my wife as we've been seperated for some months now and her actions arent showing any change - especially since she admit's shes the wrong-doer.

 

Here's my dillema:

 

I have a nasty pre-nup where I will lose quite a bit (the house I just paid off the mortage for one thing) and I could get around it by legally pointing out her recent actions but I want it to be the guy that smears mud.

 

I've pretty much made my mind how to go about things, but I'd hate to lose the house.

 

Really need some advice or help in this regard please

Before doing anything, talk to your divorce lawyer. Any advice given on LS won't factor in jurisdictional differences or prenup specifics.
