ls32ssibm Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 She's 21, I'm 24. I really like her and hope it progresses into something "more". But, she claims she has only had short relationships where she felt very little for the other person. Is there something inherently bad about dating a person who has never been in love before?
SmileFace Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Yes... we are cold hearted and eat puppies for breakfast. She probably never had the chance and she is 21. 21!! Give her a break. 4
ThaWholigan Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 Of course she's never been in love - she's 21. There's nothing particularly bad if there is compatibility and potential. 1
MrCastle Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 I'll be 30 in five years. Never been in love. No problems here. Just have a high standard for long term mates which has not been met yet. 1
Ninjainpajamas Posted November 27, 2012 Posted November 27, 2012 It takes the experience of being "in love" and knowing "love" to be able to tell the difference. At this point she's crossed neither bridge, and I'd be hard-pressed to say you have either...but then again that's also based on experience and opinion, for example I can't describe an emotion or feeling that will make sense you emotionally if you yourself have not experienced that...isn't it the same as not existing at all? Anyway, I'm going to deep here (again)...she's only 21, you're only 24, so no there is absolutely nothing wrong you should be worried about or cautious over...there...see, I can do a short post to the point (at the end). 2

The question is: Does she love you? It sounds like no is the answer. It is unlikely she will fall in love with you later.

I keep losing the office pool that your response will be 20 words or less!
