When a guy won't friends request a girl on FB

I was wondering how it looked from a girls perspective if she had been dating a guy for 3+ dates and things were getting physical and the guy won't send her a friends request on facebook even when they both know they both have it.

It would look like he's graduated from 8th grade while she remains stuck in it.

Why would anyone care? The mere reason for wanting to be on a girlfriend's Facebook page is to see how faithful she is, if at all. Trust should go beyond any of that.

I guess the question is why not? Considering most people have hundreds of people they hardly know, it would make sense that if you were interested in someone that you would at least be curious to see their profile to get to know them better. Wouldn't it be a red flag as lack of interest to not get a request?

It just depends. Nothing is stopping YOU from sending a request though. If you want it that bad.

 

 

Classic battle for having the upper hand. Not willing to initiate a friend request themselves, officially because they don't even think about it. When in reality, they care so much that they go and make threads about it in an internet forum asking for reasons why in the world the other person doesn't initiate.

 

Maybe he is not doing it for the same reasons you won't. Maybe he is also making a thread about it on another forum.
