counterman Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 I was at a mobile service store a few weeks ago and there was this older women there (I'm in my early 20s). I smiled at her just as a friendly gesture as someone was serving her. She walks past me and held her gaze. I didn't think too much of it until later I caught her eye again and she bit her bottom lip. Now, I've only ever asked out and dated girls at my uni... but I want to meet older, more experienced women. Where would be the best place to meet them?
AMusing Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 The easy answer is: everywhere. If you're still in college, graduate students and post-docs are in that range. Otherwise, clubs, volunteer groups, dog parks, and coffee shops are also decent places to meet women that age. The hard answer is: an attractive, single, 25-35 yo woman interested in dating a younger guy may be tough to find. That age is largely the time when women are looking to settle down into something "real." Yes, of course there are many exceptions, but stereotypically at this age we're looking for a man our age or slightly older. The appeal of being with a younger man hasn't set in yet, for most of us. It's also the age when women start getting married and having families, so the proportion of single women in that age range is much smaller than it is the 18-25 age range. Also, seriously, never call a 25-35 year old woman "older." I think you meant older than you are, but calling us "older" is definitely not a panty-dropper. 2
