Ughhhhhhhhh. Chin up man, just take it one day at a time it does get better. Nights are usually the worst just try to keep busy. At least you didn't see your ex with her new guy again today like I did..... Hah. It could ALWAYS be worse! There's plenty more women out there, you'll find a new one soon and not give your ex a second thought again

ItxWillxGetxBetter, I see a pattern here, how are you going to prevent the next girl you meet from leaving you for someone else!? Sorry if this sounds hurtful, I just don't want the same to happen to me. To the original poster, Watch 300 - become the alpha male - **** her! I was going through exactly what you are going through brother, she disrespected you, spit on you, said that this guy is better for her in every way. You DO NOT want someone like this in your life. After I cried and begged for my ex back like an idiot I finally realized she had more to lose than me. I started working on my career, my looks (gym), and just all around bettering myself. I'm still not over my ex (been about 1 month), but I have learned from my mistakes and made myself a better person from it. Cry all you need to, talk to all your friends, and then BE A MAN!

I ****ed up with communication while she was away and I lost her because of it. Then other days the regret kicks in and I feel like if I had listened to her and communicated better she would still be here. Then I go back to hating her and wanting nothing to do with her.. and then back to the top again....

If this girl cared about you she would have tried to work things out or taken a break or something to show you that you need to change. INSTEAD She chose to do one of the most disrespectful things imaginable and get with another guy. Yes she may have been really nice while you guys were together, but if she moves on so easily she is definitely not the one for you - unless you are just looking for a good time and nothing serious. I'm me! I'll never change myself for someone else. She is the one with the problems. She's a cheater and always will be. She's insecure and ALWAYS needs attention. She is the girl who ALWAYS has to be in a relationship. If shes not, she try's to get into one immediately! One say her plans will all fall apart and she will be all alone. I can't wait for that day. She'll realize. Someday...

He'll either get screwed over by her like you were or he'll screw her over. Either way, you'll be better off. But yeah dude, you'll be fine. Don't worry about feeling inadequate about her getting in your mind and dominating your thoughts. It's normal and it will take time. Don't feel badly about feeling sad. You'll find that eventually she'll be in your mind less and less. I still think about my ex from time to time, but it's much more brief and much easier to get past now than say, two months ago. Whenever you feel like you are putting your ex on a pedestal, think about the things you don't like about her. The cheating, the lying, etc. That's what I do when I start thinking about my ex in a really positive way and it gets me back in proper state of mind. Lol. That's true. Only 2 things can happen, she'll do the same thing to him she did to me or she will get hurt by him. But they deserve each other. She wants a guy who will never love her as much as I did and he wants a girl who cheated on her boyfriend she was "in love" with...TWICE! Lol. They are meant to be. I can't wait to attend the wedding! Lol.

Oh my god if I seen her with him I have no clue what would happen. I don't think I would react with my head, I'd react with my fists. Lol. I wouldn't be able to handle seeing them together as you did with your ex Saludas. I swear like I said before, your a strong ass dude and motivate me to keep goin lol. I idolize you lol.

Her age, She is the root of immature.
