If you can separate the ideas expressed in the film from the antiquated style, it's actually really good advice. It really is that easy.

In particular the one about how the young man should choose a date. Kind reminds me of a thread I had a while back.

 

Good advice for young women is mixed in there, indirectly. In particular when it comes to not how to act either so shy and reserved your boring, or so uppity your a pill.
