Mrlonelyone Posted November 22, 2012 Posted November 22, 2012 Check this out. Immagine if it was still like this. This wearing a suit on a date lol. Did they use the same narrator in all these 50's films? 1
dasein Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Funny vid. Reminds me of when my parents gave me the "Life Cycle Library" with a chapter on dating. 1
FitChick Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 I liked this one, about the temptations of sex, in ? I remember one girl in my high school senior English class whose skirts got tighter and tighter as the school year went on, then she dropped out. I heard she and her boyfriend got married... 1

Author Mrlonelyone Posted November 24, 2012 Author Posted November 24, 2012 (edited) If you can separate the ideas expressed in the film from the antiquated style, it's actually really good advice. It really is that easy. In particular the one about how the young man should choose a date. Kind reminds me of a thread I had a while back. Good advice for young women is mixed in there, indirectly. In particular when it comes to not how to act either so shy and reserved your boring, or so uppity your a pill. Edited November 24, 2012 by Mrlonelyone 1
