I'm one of the few ppl that don't really like eye contact so I don't give too much of it but I try to do everything else I can think of to show him that I'm attracted(if I really like him).

But it is does mean I might be open to you approaching. Repeated eye contact: Definitely interested. I might also work on the "hovering" technique. Aka get physically closer. Not necessarily in your space. But noticably closer. This is for the across the room encounter. If you are in reasonable proximity to me, then I'll open up a conversation. Which may or may not mean I am interested. But if I am more interested, I'll ask you personal questions about your hobbies, what you like to do for fun, etc. And likely touch your arm or something and find ways to continue the conversation. Once we are engaged in a conversation, I will drop hints like "that place has great drinks, have you been there?" "Do you think going to XYZ is fun?" This is your cue to say "no I haven't, I should go with my girlfriend." Or "that sounds really fun, we should go sometimes."
