Overbearing Father

Hi all...im new here but I need advice. Im 38 years old (male) and suffer from anxiety. My father has battled anxiety his entire life and has become a burden on me. He constantly wants me to be there for him, take care of things, drive him places ect. It is really taking a toll on my anxiety and my relationships. Anyone else experience something similar? Thanks

Actually, almost my entire immediate family is on medication for anxiety. It's very difficult to live with. My husband isn't really that understanding and just wants me to be on medication.
