It means you should run the other way because he is setting you up for a fall. It's basically "don't expect much out of me, cause you're not gonna get it".

I agree 100% as it has happened to me. The guy was a loser, and a cheater. I wish I knew then what I know now. Seriously, run!

When people tell you who they are, believe them.

 

Walk away from this one. He isn't worth any more of your time. Someone who is man enough for you would never say anything like that.
