I need advice on getting someone i really like to go out with me

ok i need advice on something well i like this girl a lot and i have liked her for about 6 to 7 months now but for some reason i cant get her to talk to me or even get myself to talk to her i mean she knows i like her and all but i am not sure what she would say if i went and talked to her or asked her out.

 

sometimes she will look at me and smile but i cant tell if its cuz she likes or cuz she is just smileing

 

my sister tells me to get over her cuz i wont get her but i have tried to and it dosent work i even tried getting another girlfriend to check if that will help forget about her but it dosent i really like her to the point where all i think about is her

 

please help me on what i should do and tips on how i can get her to like me or something

Try to put your feeling for her on hold....be friends first. Just try to be her good friend the one she can talk about anything to. Trust me do not let your romantic feeling get in the way!

I think being friends first in ways can work! THe only problem is your friends so you pretty much know the person already so there is little exploring about the person to do...

 

I was friends with my gf before i met her, for like 6months and we have been going out for 6months. sure there is a lump atm but i will work it out.
