jarrett178 Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 I had to go to court after I was being bullied by a girl who threw my books on the floor and hit me. I went to court because I hit her after she hit me and I got charged even though it was self defense. Did I mention that I'm in college and that I am disabled. I have cerebral palsy, and I have trouble walking. At court all they gave me was 20 hrs of community service, and they would drop and expunge the charge in 6 months which the 6 months is Feb 15. I had to to pay no fines or restitution. I believe that someone at the court knew she was lying. I wasn't arrested, and I was charged by one of those yellow traffic ticket things. I just appeared in court. I have no fingerprints or mugshot out there. They also told me and the girl to stay away from each other. Now since the court date the girl(lets call her Ava) is going around saying **** like these MF up here at this college that I can't stand from spring semester and summer semester just don't know me and I'm going to finish what I started. She is trying to target all the friends that I hang with on campus and talk **** about them. She is telling everyone that she is going to lie and say that I've been messing with her so she can get a restraining order. My friends say she needs to grow up and that they don't have time for childish games. What do I do? Ava and I aren't friends because she asked me how I felt about her and I told her she complained too much for someone who has no job. When we were friends All she talked about was how her Boyfriend bout her clothes, food, and paid her phone bill.(Did I mention she gets 200 worth of food stamps, brags about it and eats it all by her self) She said I was complaining about her and ended the friendship. What do I do cause if she puts her hands on me again I am really going to jail this time?
