To You A Sweet And Flowing Apology However I Ceased Seeing Ironically?

I don't think I saw this one:

SO = Significant Other. As in the one who is your main Babe in your life whether you live together or not.

I also just saw a post that may start a new one:

OS = Obligatory Sex. No further comment needed on that IMO.

TMI = too much information (a risk...)

OTOH = on the one hand / on the other hand

KISAS- Knight in SHining Armor Syndrome

Thanks for that Spark. I'd seen this and wondered what it meant. Google gave me nothing but some Japanese website, lol.

It can also be known as KISA complex.

Has anyone posted what IRC is?

FWB = Friends With Benefits. It's a relationship involving sex but with no commitment of any sort, emotionally or otherwise.

YMMV = your mileage may vary = your experiences may differ...

Got that one from carhill:)

OG = Original Gangsta (not usually spoken here but one never knows)

SEP = Someone else's problem.

Like an ex- sleeping around and cheating on their new squeeze.

It's not your problem any more, it's SEP.

I wish people would just use full words

I know what you mean.... sometimes a post is too full of abbreviations, but occasionally they help....

I remember watching a comedy programme on the BBC ("The rise and Fall of Reginald Perrin") and there was an office business meeting. Two characters were speaking entirely in abbreviations, firing questions and answers at each other, the discussion came to a close but they were both completely and utterly bewildered by what they'd both been saying, and none the wiser!

LSers = LoveShackers....not 'Losers' as someone once thought.

Although..... :confused::laugh:

Any chance Admin could actually take the very best of these and put them in the useful abbreviations list in the FAQ section?
