Emissary Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 So I have this co-worker I've been friendly with for a few years now, she currently works two different jobs. She texted me out of the blue if I would be interested doing coffee with one of her co-workers at her other job who is my age. I was a little hesitant at first, but I was able to find the girl's facebook within a few minutes based on the information I gathered from my friend. She's pretty adorable, so I said yes. So she went and asked the girl if she would like to do coffee with me. She said yes right away apparently, and then proceeded to let everybody at her job know that she has a blind date. I like the enthusiasm, but it's caught me a bit off guard, I would have thought she was desperate or something, but she's really cute, she should have lots of guys asking her out. Not sure what to make of it really. At any rate, we're going out sometime after the 26th when she gets back from Mexico. I saw she previously worked at another place with a guy I'm friends with. All he said is that I'm going to love her voice.

I also get excited when I have a blind date. you assume too much. being excited is a bad thing? what if she asked her and she had to really try hard to convince her..would that be better? nothing is ever good enough huh? go on the date and find out for yourself.

But I would rather be worried about the part where she proceeded to tell all her co workers about the date etc Sounds like she is not a private person. for me that would be a deal breaker for sure. I hate when people do that...
