Ginaa Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 If you've been through a break up in a long distance relationship, would it be a sensible thing and go and study in the city where your ex lives, even though you know it may be the best option for you,and you've always wanted to live there? I mean its a big city its not like I would constantly bump into him.
HeavenOrHell Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 Can't see a problem unless you're still hung up on him and are hoping you'd bump into him but know it wouldn't be a good idea! Don't do it if you're moving with the intention of bumping into him! No different to splitting with a 'local' partner and bumping into them, I live in a tiny town and often bump into my ex, but we're still friends anyway, so it's ok. Can you foresee a problem? If so, why? Author Ginaa Posted November 11, 2012 Author Posted November 11, 2012 well maybe I would like to catch up with him at least to see how things are, but otherwise I would stay clear of him. yeah I did think it would just be like bumping into an ex at home,so no problem. I was just worried incase something happened or I didnt want it to be part of the reason im going there at all.
