Cloaky Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 My ex-wife is the devil, no joke. But for some reason I still love her. She lies about EVERYTHING. She talks to other guys about sex, and for sex. She drives me nuts, but when we aren't fighting I am the happiest guy alive. Today I find out she wants me back. We've been separated several months, she has probably have done been with a dozen guys. I know our relationship will end in disaster if we ever get back together, but part of me has nostalgia, and wants to relive the good times we had. Please talk some sense into me. Talk me out of this. She ruined my life last time, and I almost killed the guy she was seeing while we were married.
Tiera D Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 read your own thread ,tell me what would a reasonable and prudent man do? unless your into open relationships i suggest you to ignore her, treat her as a liar the devil always trying to tempt you TD 1
Caligrown Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 Listen to yourself, reread what yuou just wrote, besides the part that you love the good times you will see yourself remembering all of the bad. I am divorced and my ex-husband wanted to get back with me after I left, he said he had changed and tried to remind me of all of the good times and said that our second time would be so much better. Heres the thing, when you love someone and you want to be with them, you do your best to look past all of the bad times and focus on the good. If the good was so great then you would still be together. Here some advice for you--A tiger's stripes may fade, but they ALWAYS come back in full color! 1
Author Cloaky Posted November 10, 2012 Author Posted November 10, 2012 Everyone has always told me not to get involved with her. I never listen. I think this time I will.
Liz2012 Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 maybe try and work out what insecurity keeps taking you back to her as you know what she's like so by now you should be able to say no, so something in you pulls you there rather than anything else. time to fix it? 1
