StellaA Posted November 8, 2012 Posted November 8, 2012 My ex has contacted me again after 5 months. We had a pretty tough year, he got sectioned and then things got worse when he came home. We tried to make it work but I finished it with him as my head was a mess, not because I did not love him. 5 months later he has made contact, it was great to see him and now all my old feelings have come back. I want to be with him but I am just too scared of being hurt again. I don't know what to do!! Ob there is a little more risk with my ex as he has had some problems with his mental health in the past. I have told him he needs to address these but I also feel like I want to support him.
