Why do females online take so damm long to transition to the phone???

I mean what is up with all the hesitation and paranoia about giving someone your cell number when you can block someone if they start acting crazy? Who the hell wants to chat on Instant messenger for 2 hours and constantly text or email.

 

Rapport can only be developed over the phone not over email.

 

Any other guys agree?

I don't like to give my number out because I get these random text that ask "have you found what your searching for?". What kind of moron does that? No hello, this is such and such. How are you? They have no class or manners.

Most popular answer....chances are they are juggling multiple guys...and you are on the back burner for now.

 

Another reason would be that they are too shy, hence the reason they are online

 

Another could be that they just like the attention....and never have any plans on ever meeting you.

 

 

If they are shy on the phone then that means they are on medication

Honestly, it's a lot harder to unload someone you don't want around when they have your phone number. Online, you can delete or block them quickly and easily. Once you give them your number, you risk opening up a whole new can of worms.

I hate talking on the phone. It's a means to an end and an unfortunate, but necessary, evil. I like to see who I'm talking to, face to face.

 

Oh, and I'm not on medication.

 

I haven't figured out how to block people on the phone, but I haven't needed to either as the ones I'd block have already been culled online. I will generally give out my number after a couple weeks of IM if it looks like I want to meet the person. Otherwise, there's no reason.
