So I ve been talking to this girl for a few months she's awesome and I would def love to take it to the next level she said that I'm a great guy and that she wants to be my "one and only " now we talk everyday via text and sometimes phone at night, the thing is she is very busy she works two jobs from.7-4 and 6- 930 so she is very busy obviously I understand that she is busy and I always tell her that and she thanks me for understanding. My question is we don't hangout that much due to her being busy and we live like 30 min away so any suggestions the other day I didn't text her cuz I felt like she needed time to herself and she texted me in the early morning saying how all this stuff reminded her of me and that I was on her mind. I know she likes me and I do like her a well should I stay doing what in doing and giving her space or move on?

It depends usually weekends but its never a set day and when she does have down time she usually just relaxes or spend time with family I believe I'm doing the right thing by just going with it but its hard not being able to spend time with her.

Idk she's not really the type for spontaneous things she needs to plan everything it just confuses me you know? Like what to do and such.

Cause she is busy and we all can relate i guess I'm trying not to ruin a good thing?

Your insight is great man, I mean I we were talking about going to NY for Christmas time since she's never been there ( I'm from NY) however there is no date set in stone. Can I just ask you think she is interested in me? I mean it seems obvious but just wondering. I was thinking one night of surprising her at her job or like after when she got out but I heard that's not a great idea any thoughts on that?

Not saying your situation is the same, but I had a female friend who said she just wanted to be friends then changed her mind when I started talking to other women but all of sudden was "busy" when as friends she had all kinds of time to hang out she all of sudden couldn't find time for a "date".

It got to the point where she was offering sex to keep me from going on dates with anyone else then making up excuses last minute & I gave her multiple chances before I slammed the door on her.

essentially what i'm saying is a woman will make time for a man she wants to see.

Period.

If she isn't giving you the face-time so things can escalate she doesn't want you, she just wants your attention because it isn't costing her anything.

Women know a man will lose interest in them if their not putting in an effort & right now she isn't & you are still around.

If you withdraw that attention & make her put some effort in she will either put it in or forget you exist. Either situation is better than the Limbo she has put you in.

So if it were me in this situation i'd ask her out & if she says she is "busy" i'd tell her to let me know when she isn't "busy" then wouldn't contact her again & when she contacts me i'd tell her i'm "busy" and have to go.

And, I have a whole lot of things to keep me too "busy" to text or talk on the phone.

Well, she never said that she just wanted to be friends she actually said she wants to be with me and that she hasn't been this happy with Someone in a while, she is busy and I honestly believe that she works all day and weekend we live a bit away from each other so that doesn't help the matter, I know what you're saying though I'm gonna ask she never said she didn't want to or tat she was too busy for me it's just the facts

Let me tell you a story about my brother and a 'busy' girl he liked.

They went out a few times but he was always frustrated because he felt like he was a bit of an afterthought. She told him that while she liked him, she didn't even have enough time for herself, so it was a bad idea for her to date at that time.

Fast forward some time later. She has a boyfriend. And it's not my brother.

No one is ever 'too busy' for someone they really, truly are interested in. Quit putting effort into snagging this girl and find someone who will make time for you.

I know what you're saying, and she never said she was too busy for me, I can just tell that she has a lot going on, I have asked her when we could hangout and she says we have to plan something, she says she thinks about hanging out too but just needs to figure out when. And the reason why I keep trying is that i do care for this girl and she is a really good girl so yea im in a situation as you can see

You're in a situation that you are choosing to be in. If you're not happy with it then get the hell out of it, man! If she really wants to meet up with you she will say "I'm free on X and Y, does that work for you?" Has she said that to you ever? NO. It's all "I need to figure out when", BS. And she knows you've fallen for it hook line and sinker since you're still around. She has no respect for you at all.

She was texting you all night while out at some bar. Did she even bother to invite you to come out and join her? NO. Do you not see anything wrong with that scenario?

She. Is. Not. Interested.

She most likely didnt invite me because she knew i had to work early in the morning and we live 35 min away from each other, theres more to it!

OP you know her and we don't. Go with your instincts and ask her out.

Well, my "friend" was talking about our future, dropping hints about how she could remodel her house to have 5 bedrooms easy if her mom moved out.

I have 2 kids & so did she. 5 bedrooms. saying things "if we lived together" ect.

She was dropping breadcrumbs to keep me around & paying attention to her.

If we hadn't been friends for over a yr i'd of bailed on her right away but because I didn't want to believe someone I was friends with would lead me on for months....
