Hi guys,

 

So I've just been dumped after 2 years by a girl who probably wasn't right for me anyway.

 

She still wants to remain friends, and I know for sure she will initiate a lot of contact on social media.

 

My question is, if I see another chance for us to get back together in 6 months, should I remain friends with her and keep each other updated, or should I just go NC and reappear in 6 months?

 

Some external pressures we faced recently will be gone in 6 months, which is why there is a possibility of reconcilation

I wouldn't be friends at first. I don't know if you need to disappear for six months necessarily, but a little time off to collect your thoughts on this situation and life in general would be a good thing.
