Nobody wants to hear their spouse is in love with someone else. I told my ex that, and I wish I hadn't. You may never get the truth out of him and he may still see her once the dust settles.

If that is true then the IS a possibility that every so often he went looking for an "ego stroke"?! I think this because first, it wasn't daily constant contact and second Everyone needs a "boost" once in a while... I'd like to think most couples get their boost from a weekend away together or a boys or girls night out etc... but sadly some like the ego boost of fishing catching releasing then fishing again... does that make sense. Maybe he enjoyed seeing if he could or how many different times he could land the same fish w/the same bait?.?.

I just think all options should be approached & thought out. Unfortunately the truth can only come from WH and we ALL agree he is a lie...
