I really gotta stop doing this to myself, I was strong, I deleted him from FB before he deleted me! I unfollowed him on Twitter.. This seriously needs to stop. I see all the girls he is tweeting, I just want to be back with him. I need to stop. Seriously. I hate my life lol it's so sad I just want to text him and like hope he responds.. but I doubt he will. Ok I am going to stop. I wish I would have never met him honestly. I would have been much more happier overall. It has been like 3 months almost... I need to stop.

Facebook, twitter, its all an illusion in the first place, intrinically designed to make you insecure. Please instill that in your head if you havent already! Sit on your hands if you must before clicking to open his page! Physically override your need to check him out. Eventually, if you do this successfully, the urge will subside. It will get easier, and you won't give a damn even if he was intimately involved with Megan Fox (okay too far... but you get my point!) You can do it! 1

I'm deactivating my account later today, as soon as the people I check in with regularly during the day (family and close friends) have "checked in". I realized yesterday, after a really f***ed up morning which resulted from a fb flub/miscommunication that the site is really toxic for me at the moment. It eats up our lives and makes a joke of reality. 100% agree. It's such an unhealthy addiction (for me). I deactivated mine for a couple days and felt like i was missing out on something... i think its toxic in general! 2
