ria305 Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 CAN YOU TELL IF A MAN REALLY CARES ABOUT YOU BY THE WAY HE ACTS TOWARDS YOU RIGHT AFTER YOU FINISH HAVING SEX...DO YOU ACT DIFFERENTLY TOWARDS A WOMAN THAT YOU CARE ABOUT RATHER THAN ONE YOUR JUST HAVING SEX WITH???
uriel Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 I wouldn't say so. Many's the loving, longtime husband who just rolls over and goes to sleep. And, many's the player who whispers sweet nothings and misleads a woman too. For my money, how a man behaves outside of bed -- being reliable, sensitive, supportive -- are much better indicators. Put the sex and behavior after into the context of the whole relationship. -- uriel
Mr Spock Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 That's great advice Uriel. I agree completely. Although, if he's pretty much refusing to touch or hold you after it could be because he wants you out of his bed, pronto, because you're just a peice of tail. Watch your back.
uriel Posted August 2, 2004 Posted August 2, 2004 Mr Spock's right that outright coldness or distancing after sex can be a sign he's not into you. It can also mean he has some kind of emotional problems with intimacy that might not be about you in particular. In some rare cases, it could also be a sign of guilt / shame (if he's from a very religious background, for example). But that's not common these days. -- uriel
