somedude81 Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 Turn off is such a strong term. How about non turn on? I'd hate to think that if you saw me in person I'd turn you off. Ouch. Yes it hurts, especially as a small guy myself, but she's being honest. The fact is that many women are not attracted to small men. If you are a smallish man and having trouble with women, go jump off a bridge. So men use overweight women for sex? How do you know it's not the overweight women using the men? (BTW, I did not sleep with the girl in my previous post)
Author hinatticus Posted October 26, 2012 Author Posted October 26, 2012 So men use overweight women for sex? Maybe some do. Some use ugly chicks for sex too. I'm more or less into curvy girls now. My ex got me hooked. I'm not personally looking to just have sex with an obese chick just to get my rocks off.

You may find me a turn off too if you met me in person. I am too tall, I thought I was 5'8" but turns out I am 5'9" and a half

(BTW, I did not sleep with the girl in my previous post) My reply to ES was more of a joke. People want what they want, I get it. I don't think I'll be jumping off any bridges. I'm small, but not thin. In my prime I could bench 300lbs max and consistently do sets of 225lbs. I'm much weaker now but I still have some muscle mass left over from my twenties. I've found during my experiences that it's easier to get into relationships with girls taller than me. I dunno why but I've never dated anyone shorter than me. And it's not like there is a shortage of girls under 5'4". Maybe I act like a tall guy;)

I am too tall, I thought I was 5'8" but turns out I am 5'9" and a half Turn on more like it. My dream is to date someone 6 feet. When I was in university a girl at the bar tried picking me up. She was easily over 6 feet. My problem with her was I didn't find her too attractive. She was pretty but not my tastes I guess. It must've look hilarious seeing her hold my arm.
ascendotum Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 I love curvy girls for the one night stands, best sex ever! I can think of a number of things that would make me say a girl is only good enough for a shag and not for a relationship, but her looks are not one. If you find curvy girls great for sex then what's stopping you at that? Do find curvy girls have defective personalities in your opinion? 1

I'd like to hear your response as well spyder... Are you only picking up ugly curvy girls? Or maybe curvy girls on their way up on the scale weight-wise and you're scared they might balloon into obese? Edit. You just replied.
somedude81 Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 meh, after sex, I just don't see that much in them It's a shame somebody like you can even get girls. 1
Jamesblame Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 Never met a skinny girl with an hour glass figure. I like curvy girls around size 12-16. Then it goes down from each end.
MissJoness Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 A lot of the men on here are just social climbers....they want thin girls hoping that it will boost their status in society. I bet if the mainstream media told them that overweight women were in, then they'd be shunning skinny girls and raving about how much more attractive heavier girls are to them

Men boost their status by dating a type of women?! I think you have that the other way around.
Author hinatticus Posted October 26, 2012 Author Posted October 26, 2012 Not to get off topic, but missjoness seems a little bitter. I'm not trying to be rude and if I am I apologize, but why does it seem like you're bitter towards men who prefer skinny/lighter girls? I agree to a point that society dictates what we like. You know back in the day when models were a little curvier. But I don't think men want skinny girls for status. We've all just been brainwashed by media. Anyway, it does seem the norm for a larger male to date smaller females, at least on this forum. I guess I'm in the minority yet again. But I don't give a sh*t!! I still like my tall curvy girls who dig short Asian dudes!! 1

Author hinatticus Posted October 26, 2012 Author Posted October 26, 2012 She used to be overweight herself. Ahh I see. Not to get off topic again but I think the term overweight has a negative connotation. People think over weight means fat or obese. Over weight tends to follow the stupid bmi thing. I'm only 5'4", but when I weighed 150-160 I would've been considered over weight according to the bmi, yet I was freakin muscular. I'm 132lbs and I'm considered "normal" yet I feel and look a bit on the skinny side. I don't mind an overweight woman as long as she's not fat/obese and is healthy. Once your start hearing that wheezing sound during breathing, you know you have a problem!!
SeriouslyJK Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 I'm 5'3, 115 pounds and the lightest guy I've dated was 5'10, 140.

Some probably preferred me that way.
ImperfectionisBeauty Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 Heaviest was 180 I think he was all muscle though and super hot lightest 160 and he was all muscle too but skinny and taller

Getting a girl who is tall and thin boosts their status amongst their peers. I found it so shallow and such a huge turn off.
suladas Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 I like shorter girls because I get the warm fuzzies when they say they feel so safe and protected in my arms. :o:o:o Same! It's perfect if she is at least 1' shorter then me.
suladas Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 Really skinny girls aren't hot, but neither are huge ones, sorry but i'm not dating a girl who has a double chin that's not hot, I went on a date with one and every time I looked at her face that's all I seen it was gross. I don't mind a bit of a stomach that's fine but nothing huge.

If you are at least 5'6" I would never consider you over weight.
RiverRunning Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 My ex started out at 150 pounds and got up to around 200 pounds by the end of the relationship - he looked better heavier. Person I'm with now hovers between 150 - 160 pounds. He's shorter and smaller-framed than I am. People really need to get over the complex of, "But I can't date a bigger woman/smaller man because everyone will stare!" No, they won't. Unless you look like a circus side show, no one is going to be staring at you. If you're generally not attracted, fine, but for god's sakes, some people act like they're going to be cornered all the time. 2
