Ginaa Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 Can a kiss ever be just a kiss? If someone genuinly enjoyed kissing you and you know it cause you felt it. ( gosh that sounds cheesy) Would you believe them if they said it was just a kiss for them.. (This happened after a long distance relationship,he still lives abroad)
MichiganMan222 Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 Yes, when kissing grandma or a pet hamster....it's just a kiss. Edit: I understand now... Nope...wouldn't believe them.
Author Ginaa Posted October 23, 2012 Author Posted October 23, 2012 its okay hm I mean, that they liked it a romantic way , yes like they had a crush on you. I am sure it felt like "he" enjoyed it, but he denied it afterwards and said it was "just a kiss".
pteromom Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 Yes, I have kissed guys I had no real romantic interest in and CERTAINLY did not want to date. Sometimes a kiss is just a kiss.
River Rain Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 Afterthoughts on his part could mean it was "just a kiss"...maybe it wasn't in the moment though. 1
Author Ginaa Posted October 23, 2012 Author Posted October 23, 2012 If you've dated before though, and this was your first kiss, because you were in a long distance, I fail to see how it could have been just a kiss.
pteromom Posted October 23, 2012 Posted October 23, 2012 OK - so what are you really asking here? Does he really have some strong feelings for you and he is just denying them? Possibly. And if so, what if he is? The fact that he is blowing it off as "just a kiss" shows that he isn't willing to put effort into a relationship with you, so you really have no choice but to move on.
Author Ginaa Posted October 23, 2012 Author Posted October 23, 2012 I really dont know whether he is just denying it or not :/ hm I guess you are right.. I just keep thinking there might be a reason behind everything.

Analyzing what another person is thinking/feeling is an exercise in futility, because the odds that they think and feel in exactly the way you do are pretty low. People are very complex, and there could be a myriad of reasons he said what he said. Trying to guess is pointless. If he has strong enough feelings for you, he will be knocking on your door (or ringing your phone) soon. If he doesn't, he won't.
