Girl who says she loves her BF and another guy

Would appreciate any advice

 

In short, I was dating a guy. We were going really well until a girl from before me appeared back on the scene. She told him she loved him before she left (when we were just getting together) AND loves her boyfriend too. She is in contact with him alot, flirting, despite having a boyfriend at home.

 

Even though I am heartbroken with the way he suddenly ended things with us after seeing her, I care alot about him and want him to be happy. He is a good guy and worth a fight.

The girl has NEVER been in a relationship with the guy I was seeing. The girl has a BF of 4 years and has cheated on him with atleast 4 other guys (2 of which are best mates of the guy I was seeing and from what I have been told by reliable sources she caused the split of one of them with his gf) as he stays hours away. Her and the guy I was seeing were friends when I met him. She moved home after uni finished to be with her BF but told the guy I was seeing she loved him and keeps texting him. She is now moving back in 2 months but STILL has her BF at home.... His friends (girls and guys) have warned me about her, think she is using him and none of them are friends with her anymore. She tells us she is moving in with her BF and will probably marry him, but she is stringing this guy along I was seeing. I care about him alot and don't want to see him hurt
