I hope I didn't have to put the /sarcasm tag in order for you to get I wasn't being serious. i'm gonna be 41. I have two little kids that need to be told what to do & in steps. I have to figure out how to keep them busy, where to take them ect. I don't need a 3rd child. I've met women that literally just want to be told what time i'm picking them up & what the dress code it. Seriously. Can you get any more fricken lazy?!?! I don't want a woman like that. I want a woman that thinks for herself & has input on what we do. As for driving, 99.9% of the women i've dated don't like my cars because I drive used cars & drive them into the ground. repeat. I put my money into my house & my kids. As long as a car gets me from point a to b & is safe for my kids I don't care if it looks beat. Most women I know lease or dive newer cars because they don't have to worry about repairs. However they rent & are usually broke all the time. So we usually take their car. i don't mind pumping gas & paying for it & a lot of times I just drive their car.

For example, if I've had a horrible week and Friday comes and I don't know what I feel like doing, I would love a guy to tell me he's taking me out for a nice dinner so I can relax after my crappy week. But if he took charge all the time, I wouldn't like that. Nor do I like the guys that pretend to come to an agreement about what to do, then act like a immature child because the compromise wasn't exactly what they wanted.

I love it when a man tells me what he wants and how he wants it in the bedroom... that's empowerment for me. I've been with women who prefers the man to take control and be in charge most of the time, while my last girlfriend felt that I was invading her "independence" when I take charge. Her level of "independence" also made me feel that she was stepping on my manhood. So don't generalize. I'm a dominant and stubborn man and I butt heads with very, very independent women.

I have had so many problems in my relationships over the years, due to my refusing to do something just because it's expected of me. And I mean, when it comes to putting up with an *******, or when I'm sure that something is the wrong thing to do. I think for myself all the time, and I doubt that I'm in the minority, just because I have breasts.

I want a man to take charge when it is appropriate, and I want to take charge when it's appropriate. Every other time things should be relatively equal. Passive men are horrible to deal with.
