I called this place I gave my application into on September 1st. today I finally had the time to call them back and ask about my application and if I have to re apply. The guy told me that I can come in anytime from 8 to 5 and we can talk things over..I told him I'd be there tomorrow so now I'm positive about it but at the same time I'm not. Some people have told me that pretty much means I have the job and others told me they just hope for the best. Do I even dress up for tomorrow? :/
Abystarswoman Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 I'd say that you have a pretty good shot at it, though I'd have called much sooner than this for an update. Usually, if they don't want to hire you, they wouldn't bother to "talk over" anything with you - they'd just be brusque and say, "Thank you for your interest, but.... (insert excuse here)." I'd definitely dress up a bit. At least business casual. Good luck, hope it turned out to your advantage.
